Hakan Yuksel

Hakan is an experienced CEO and CFO who builds and transforms businesses in fast-moving technology sectors. He has held senior roles at global public companies and led privately funded scale-ups, and advises PE and VC firms on evaluating potential acquisitions. He also served as Chair of the Swiss chapter of Young Presidents' Organisation (YPO), supporting leaders through lifelong learning and idea exchange.

He works at the intersection of strategy, go-to-market, and execution, helping organizations turn ambition into measurable results. His practical approach is reflected in the DECIDER framework, which he applied across multiple companies.

Hakan brings a hands-on, pragmatic mindset shaped by broad international experience.

Having lived and worked in numerous European countries and the United States, he now lives in Switzerland. In his free time, he enjoys tennis, sailing, and art in all its forms.
